Spring is officially here, Summer is coming soon, but your body has gotten out of control? Time to shed that winter weight and get our bodies bikini ready. 

If you have gained a few pounds over winter, don’t freak out.

We naturally store more fat during the cold months because our bodies need to maintain a steady temperature to function properly. Bodyweight exercises are a simple and effective way to shed that winter weight and get back on track without a gym membership or any expensive equipment.

 

All you REALLY need to get fit is your body!

 

Whether it is at home, a hotel room or on the beach, these exercises can be done anywhere. From butt and legs to chest and abs, we’ve covered every part of the body that can get more toned with your own body weight alone.

 

Do these exercises four times a week for six weeks, eat clean and sleep well. In that time you’ll get stronger, leaner and absolutely beach-body-ready.
