Yes, it’s possible and nothing screams healthy chocolate more like the tang of wild berries mixed in with a smooth cacao dumpling and a heavenly vanilla finish. Or vegan chocolate protein balls of pure bliss melting in your mouth. You can have all that without sending your insulin levels off the charts and have no regrets while indulging in a little treat.

Chocolate Curd Dumplings

For an actual dessert-like snack, try making these raspberry chocolate dumplings with a liquid chocolate heart. If you can’t find curd in your home country, try substituting it with cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt (and let us know how it went). These are high-protein goods packed with anti-oxidants and plenty of Vitamin C to fuel your days:

Another no-bake easy to-make delicious treat coming your way. They’re like bars, or cookies or basically whatever you want them to be (just form them according your wishes) made with protein powder and natural sugar from dates. Here we go:

MARS BARS CAKE 😍😍 - 👉 Ingredients Base: • 2 tbs. coconut oil • 2 tbs. cacao • ½ tbs. natural sweetener (I used honey) • 1 cup walnuts • 1 cup shredded coconut • ½ cup cashews • pinch of salt - Nougat Layer: • 1 Scoop #WomensBest Slim Body Shake or Whey Vanilla • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight) • 3 tbs. natural sweetener • 2 tsp. vanilla extract • 1 cup coconut milk (canned) • 1/3 cup coconut oil - Caramel Layer: • 1 ½ cup dates (soaked in boiling water for 10 mins then drained) • ¼ cup coconut milk (canned) • ¼ cup coconut oil - Chocolate Topping: • ½ cup coconut oil • 1 tbs. natural sweetener • ½ cup raw cacao • 2 tbs. nut butter or tahini • pinch of salt 👉 Instructions: Line a spring form cake tin with baking paper • For the Base: Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process them until they become a smooth paste/butter. Evenly spread the mix into tin and place in the freezer. • For the Nougat Layer: Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process them until smooth. Evenly pour the mix over the base layer and return to the freezer for 20min. • For the Caramel Layer: Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process them until smooth. The mix will be kind of thick. Evenly pour the mix over the nougat layer and return to the freezer for 2 hours. • For the Chocolate Topping: Again, place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process them until smooth. Take the cake out of the freezer and release the spring form.
