Most ice creams contain too much sugar, fat or artificial coloring and don’t do anything good for your body. However, these tasty low carb sugar free ice cream recipes are absolutely diet-friendly, healthy and super-easy to make.
Vegan Vanilla Dream
Ingredients:
- 2 chopped, frozen bananas (frozen overnight)
- 100ml coconut, almond or soy milk (use less if you want it thicker)
- 3 scoops Women’s Best Vegan Protein or Slim Body Shake Vanilla
- Vanilla essence (optional)
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pulse for a few seconds at a time, stirring in between, until you get a creamy consistency.
Serve it immediately and add your favorite topping.
Optional toppings: chia Seeds, berries, coconut flakes, nuts, granola
Green Machine
- 2 chopped, frozen bananas
- 2 scoops Slim Body Shake Banana or Vanilla
- 3 cups of spinach
- 1-2 teaspoons of matcha
- 1 kiwi
- 100 ml of almond milk
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pulse for a few seconds at a time, stirring in between, until you get a creamy consistency.
Serve it immediately and add your favorite topping.

- 3 teaspoons unsweetened peanut butter
- 100 ml almond milk
