• Hi Lisa, thanks for taking the time. How did you get started with modeling and fitness?

 

I started modeling at the age of 13. My first big job was a back to school fashion show for JC Penny with Seventeen Magazine. I’ve been a full time model for over 10 years now and got into fitness in 2009, when I decided I wanted to have abs 🙂

 

• Did you make any mistakes when you first started out?

 

Absolutely! You learn from those mistakes and keep moving forward. They made me stronger.

• What keeps you motivated to keep training hard and eating right?

 

It’s a lifestyle. Working out 5 days a week and eating clean is part of my life and who I am. I feel weird when I miss a workout. Also having my fitness page motivates me when I see my follower’s making progress and reaching their fitness goals!

 

• Which part of your body do you like most?

 

My stomach & butt.

• What does your daily diet look like?  

 

I don’t like to be on a diet. I don’t count my calories but I eat clean and I make healthy choices. I do have my cheat meals and everything in moderation. I never eat fast food or processed food.

 

„I want to be a positive influence in the world, I want to reach as many people as I can. I want to change their lives.“

 

• Can you give us a sample of your daily workout-routine?

 

It depends on the day. For example: Monday is usually leg/ butt day. I stretch, warm up, do barbell squats, leg curls, lunges, dead lifts, cable kicks, and side steps.

• What is your favorite exercise and why?

 

Squats! Because squats help build, tone, and grow the booty!

 

• Whats your favorite cheat meal?

 

Red velvet cupcakes and apple pie!

Use other women as inspiration, however, do not compare yourself to anyone else. Every body is unique. Set your personal and REALISTIC goal that YOU would be happy with.
