This super easy DIY Face Mist hydrates, soothes, refreshes and gives your skin a healthy glow!

 

Looking refreshed the whole day can be really challenging, especially if you are extremely busy. The solution: Face Mists!

They hydrate and tone your face, plus set make up and act as a serum to nourish your skin throughout the day, or even cool skin down.

These DIY face mist recipes are anti-aging, acne fighting, refreshing and even mood boosting! Plus they will make your skin glow!

 

Rose Water Glowing Skin Mist (for dry skin)

What you need:

  • 2 teaspoons Pure Aloe Vera Gel
  • 1/2 cup Rose Water (you can get it at almost every drugstore or pharmacy)
  • a few drops of vitamin E oil (or argan oil)
  • 3 drops of ylang ylang or lavender essential oil
  • clean spray bottle

 

How to do it:

Combine water, aloe vera, vitamin E oil and ylang ylang oil in your spray bottle and fill the remaining space with water. Shake well and store it in the fridge.

You can use it in the morning (makes your feel more awake), as a primer before applying your make up or throughout the day if you want to add a little moisture on top of your makeup.

 

Acne Fighting Green Tea Face Mist (for oily skin)

What you need:

  • 1/2 cup of steeped and cooled green tea
  • 4 drops of tea tree essential oil
  • clean spray bottle

 

How to do it:

Steep the green tea bag in a 1/2 cup of boiled water. Remove bag after five minutes and let the tea cool down before pouring into the bottle. Put the tea tree oil in the bottle as well, screw on the top and shake it up!

Since these mist contains both oil and water, just shake it a little before you use it.
