Below you can find a full body circuit training workout designed to target your abs, core, chest, butt, hamstrings, legs and arms based on the Instagram accounts of famous fitness models like Alexis Ren or Kali Burns.
This circuit contains cardiovascular exercises, upper body movements and lower body movements. Perform them for 30 days, 3-4 times a week and do cardio exercises 3 times a week as well.
Note:
Do 45 seconds of each exercise, followed by 10 to 15 seconds` rest. Hold each position as long as possible and do as many reps and rounds as you can!
You can create new routines this way by plugging in a different exercise. Or you can change the number of movements and rounds.
