TRAIN LIKE A FITNESS MODEL!

Have you ever wondered how Alexis Ren tightens and tones her body? Take your workouts to the next level with the favorite exercises from Instagram’s hottest babes.

Don’t we all want this sexy v-cut ripping down our front abs, or this head-turning bubble butt? Below you can find a full body circuit training workout designed to target your abs, core, chest, butt, hamstrings, legs and arms based on the Instagram accounts of famous fitness models like Alexis Ren or Kali Burns.

This circuit contains cardiovascular exercises, upper body movements and lower body movements. Perform them for 30 days, 3-4 times a week and do cardio exercises 3 times a week as well.

Note:

Do 45 seconds of each exercise, followed by 10 to 15 seconds` rest. Hold each position as long as possible and do as many reps and rounds as you can!

You can create new routines this way by plugging in a different exercise. Or you can change the number of movements and rounds.

 

Also note:

  • Every session should be as intense as possible.
  • Abs are made in the kitchen! Keep your diet clean and drink lots of water.
  • Relax and focus on good sleep.

Sunday playground 🐰🐰 Finished my upper body sesh with this kettlebell fun 🏋🏽 It's so easy to lose motivation and that gym excitement guys, I bet you've all been there. When I just started my fitness journey again after having Leon I was waking up with such strong determination to hit the gym day in day out, and seeing the first results simply made me unstoppable 👊🏽 But then these 'butterflies' and excitement gradually wore off and it was only my habit that kept me going. I even took a few breaks at some point. But it wasn't an option and I still wanted to enjoy the gym and working out, I wanted my butterflies back 🙆🏻👋🏽! So subconsciously I started looking for some new moves, favourite exercise variations, training styles and the ways of mixing them up. And it became my reliable motivational force that drags me to the gym still! So here is a little kettlebell inspo for you, my bunnies! Really hope my account and videos help you by any means!
